Cycle time analysis
Cycle Time Analysis Software for Manufacturing
Levio Studio measures cycle time at element level, compares repeated cycles, and shows where the variation and waste sit — so improvement targets are based on evidence rather than on an average taken once.

Element-level measurement
A single cycle time number tells you the job takes ninety seconds. Element data tells you that twenty of those seconds are walking and twelve are waiting on a machine. Only the second version leads to an action.
- Every element timed from video evidence
- Activity categories separate work from waste
- Repeated cycles compared to expose variation
- Abnormal cycles excluded from the standard
Cycle time against takt
Compare the measured cycle to takt to see whether the process can meet demand. Where it cannot, the balance view shows whether the gap is a single bottleneck station or work content spread too thin across the line.
Variation, not just averages
Averages hide the problem. Looking at each observed cycle side by side reveals whether the job is genuinely stable or whether one operator, one shift or one component is driving the spread.
Proving the improvement
Keep the current and proposed states together with balance rate, manning and cycle time figures, so a change can be presented — and later verified — with the same measurement method on both sides.
