Line balancing software
Manufacturing Line Balancing Software
Levio Studio is line balancing software that levels operator and machine workload using measured work elements instead of estimates. Stack the load per station, compare it against takt, and model a proposed balance before you change the line.

Workload leveling against takt time
Every element measured in a time study is stacked onto its station and drawn against the takt line. Over-takt stations are visible immediately, and the colour split between value-add, walking, waiting and machine time shows whether a station is genuinely busy or simply badly sequenced.
- Operator balance chart built from real cycle times
- Takt line and station load in one view
- Value-add, walk, wait and machine time separated
- Rules to control the order elements appear in
Move work between stations and see the result
Drag an element to another station and the chart, the balance rate and the bottleneck all update. Because the underlying data comes from video-based work measurement, the new balance is realistic rather than a spreadsheet assumption.
Bottleneck identification
The tallest station sets the line's output. Levio Studio highlights it, shows how far it sits above takt, and lets you test whether the constraint is best solved by moving work, splitting an element, or removing walking from the cycle.
Current versus proposed
Present the change with side-by-side stacked charts, key figures such as takt, balance rate and manning, and a clear change list. The same element data then carries into digital standard work so the approved balance becomes the documented standard.
