AI work analysis
AI-Powered Work Measurement for Manufacturing
Levio Studio uses AI to take the first pass at a time study. The model proposes work elements, element boundaries and repeated cycles from your production video; the industrial engineer reviews and approves every one before it becomes part of the standard.

AI-assisted work element suggestions
Rather than scrubbing frame by frame to find where one element ends and the next begins, the engineer starts from a proposed breakdown and corrects it. On repetitive assembly work this removes most of the mechanical part of the study and leaves the judgement to the engineer.
- Proposed element boundaries with timings
- Repeated cycle detection across the recording
- Suggested activity classification for each element
- Consistent element naming between engineers
Human-in-the-loop by design
Every suggestion is accepted, edited or rejected by the industrial engineer. Nothing is finalised automatically. That matters because a standard time is used for costing, manning and customer commitments — it has to be something a person is prepared to defend.
Where AI assistance helps most
Clear camera angles, repetitive cycles and distinct operator movements give the strongest results. Cluttered workstations, obscured views or highly variable manual work still need more correction — the tool is an accelerator, not a replacement for work study skill.
The same study, produced faster
An AI-assisted study produces exactly the same output as a manual one: classified elements, observed cycles, and data that flows into line balancing and digital standard work.
